Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead RoleThis role is responsible for the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, covering the entire hire to retire cycle.The ideal candidate will have expert domain knowledge in HCM, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in implementing Fusion modules such as Benefits, Compensation, US Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, and Talent Management.Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.Provide strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.Requirements7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.Strong leadership capability with planning and follow-up skills.Good understanding of HCM Cloud business process and data flow.
