Their clients span across multiple high-impact industries including vehicle manufacturers and suppliers, consumer goods and retail, industrial machinery manufacturers, medical technology, basic materials, spare parts, renewable energy, high-tech and telecommunications, and logistics service providers (LSP).As a Senior Data Scientist LLM, you will develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) tailored to specific business needs. You will collaborate across teams to integrate LLMs into production systems and ensure their performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals.Tasks:Fine-tune and optimize LLM and NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA) for real-world applicationsIntegrate LLMs into scalable, production-grade systemsApply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and task alignmentCollaborate with ML engineers and developers to build robust AI pipelinesEvaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metricsStay current with advancements in LLM frameworks and transformer architecturesDocument best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharingProfessional Requirements and Expertise:6+ years of experience in LLM and NLP model developmentBachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative fieldProficiency with LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, Llama Index, or similarExperience with prompt engineering and model evaluationGood to have: Proficiency in Python or Java, experience with AI/ML pipelines, and deployment on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformPersonal Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProactive, adaptable, and self-drivenAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teamsGenuine motivation to contribute to 4flow’s success and alignment with company culture and values
