Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Data Engineering, Cloud and IT Infrastructure hiring
Location: Chennai - Onsite (Nungambakkam)
Work Mode: Hybrid (3-4 days- WFO)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter with expertise in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data Engineering hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for roles such as Network Engineers, SOC Analysts, Storage Engineers, VMware Specialists, and Data Engineering roles including Snowflake developers and architects. This position requires working 3 to 4 days a week from the client location, supporting an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) client.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for roles such as Network Engineers, SOC Analysts, Storage Engineers, VMware Specialists, and Data Engineering roles including Snowflake developers and architects. This position requires working 3 to 4 days a week from the client location, supporting an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) client.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Develop detailed job descriptions and role-specific recruitment strategies in collaboration with the client.
Specialized Talent Acquisition:
- Recruit for IT Infrastructure roles including:
- Network Engineers (LAN/WAN, Cisco, SD-WAN) SOC Analysts (Cybersecurity tools, Incident Response) Storage Engineers (SAN, NAS, Backup & Recovery) VMware Specialists (vSphere, NSX, Horizon)
- Source candidates for Data Engineering and Cloud roles, with a focus on:
Cloud Engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP) Data Engineers (ETL, Big Data frameworks, Data Lakes) Snowflake Developers/Architects.
Collaboration with Client Stakeholders:
- Work closely with client hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
- Act as a strategic partner to the client, offering insights into market trends and hiring best practices.
Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social platforms, and employee referrals, to identify top talent.
- Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
On-Site Presence:
- Be present at the client location 3 to 4 days a week to foster close collaboration, address immediate recruitment needs, and maintain strong client relationships.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Market Insights and Reporting:
- Stay informed about industry trends, especially in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data Engineering domains (including Snowflake).
- Track recruitment metrics and provide detailed reports to the client and internal stakeholders.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, client-specific requirements, and employment laws.
- Ensure all recruitment records and candidate data are accurately documented in the ATS.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of technical recruitment experience with a focus on IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data Engineering roles.
- Proven track record of hiring for specialized roles, including Network Engineers, SOC Analysts, VMware Specialists, and Snowflake developers.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, and more.
- Strong understanding of RPO client engagement models and on-site support.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Data Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Snowflake architecture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role while balancing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in data-driven recruitment strategies and metrics reporting.
