Freeline AI | Full Stack Engineer | bangalore

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java , Python , and React to join our dynamic team in an early stage Gen AI based startup. In this role, you will have significant ownership and influence over the product development process, contributing to both front-end and back-end development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Python, and React.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and fix bugs and performance issues across the stack.
• Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Stay Current with Technology Trends: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Front-End Skills: Proficient in React.js and its core principles; experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux). Experience in Angular JS is a huge plus.
• Back-End Skills: Strong programming skills in Java and Python; experience with frameworks like Spring Boot (Java) and Django or Flask (Python).
• Database Knowledge: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• API Development: Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
