Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Data Center Engineer to deliver high-quality technical solutions, resolve complex issues, and drive technology adoption across large-scale environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide customer engagements and support for large-scale solutions and complex technical issues through deep domain expertise.Drive customer technology transitions by influencing solution design and service adoption.Build and execute simulations to validate complex issues, troubleshoot compatibility concerns, and support solution delivery.Role-Specific Responsibilities:Contribute to customer problem resolution and act as a technical escalation point.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to diagnose complex issues, identify serviceability gaps, and drive resolution.Provide expert technical guidance to address advanced customer challenges.Maintain and promote a strong, positive team culture.Continuously develop technical skills across core and adjacent technologies.Engage with customers and stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, integrate, and optimize technologies based on project needs.Support pre-sales efforts and translate business requirements into technical solution designs.Monitor and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance and stability.Required Skills and Experience:Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus Data Center technologies, including VPC, VXLAN, and related features.Strong understanding of IP routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and IGRP.Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Nexus platforms.Deep knowledge of HSRP and VRRP.Familiarity with Cisco router platforms and VPN technologies.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and datacenter issues.Understanding of encryption standards and secure hashing algorithms (e.g., AES, SHA-2).Proficiency with tools including Excel, PuTTY, SecureCRT, Notepad++, VS Code or Sublime Text, Windows CMD, Linux, and efficient web browser usage.
