About the Role: As a Scriptwriter Intern, you will be part of the creative engine that powers our storytelling. In this role, you’ll learn how to craft imaginative, fun, and educational scripts tailored for young audiences worldwide. You’ll gain exposure to high-scale content creation, brainstorming processes, and the art of writing stories that hold attention in the fast-paced world of kids’ entertainment. What You Will Do : Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize fresh, innovative video ideas aligned with the Babybillion brand and audience. Write engaging, clear, and production-ready scripts that are fun, easy to understand, and tailored for young viewers—ensuring every script has a purpose, message, or learning element. Learn the art of translating ideas visually, understanding pacing, structure, and scene flow to ensure scripts are easy for the production team to execute. Participate in idea refinement sessions, incorporating feedback from directors, editors, and senior writers to improve narrative quality. Study performance metrics and content trends to identify what works on YouTube and apply those insights to future scripts. Support the creative team in evolving characters, themes, and story arcs that children can connect with.
