We are looking for a team of energetic and talented interns to join our rocket ship. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the best and make a direct impact on content and business seen by a global audience. The Opportunity This isn't a one-size-fits-all internship. We are hiring a cohort of ambitious minds who will be placed in roles that best match their skills, experience, and passion. Based on your resume and portfolio/work samples, you will be assigned to one of our key tracks: 1. Creative Track Be the imagination behind our content. You'll work with our production team to create videos seen by billions. Scriptwriter: Crafting imaginative, fun, and educational scripts. Director: Bringing scripts and visions to life on set. Graphic Designer: Designing vibrant thumbnails, characters, and in-video graphics. Videographer: Operating cameras to capture high-quality, engaging footage. Video Editor: Assembling, cutting, and polishing video content into a final magical product. AI Video Creator : Prompt and generate AI videos for various channels under BabyBillion. 2. Marketing Track Be the engine for our audience growth. You'll learn how to grow and engage a massive global community. Social Media Marketing: Managing and growing our presence on other platforms. Content Strategy: Analyzing trends and data to decide what we create next. YouTube Analytics: Diving deep into data to understand audience behavior and optimize performance. 3. Sales Development Track Be the driver of our business growth. You'll learn how to build revenue streams and strategic partnerships. Brand Partnerships: Identifying and reaching out to brands for potential sponsorships. New Business Development: Researching new revenue opportunities, from licensing to merchandising. Sales Operations: Supporting the sales team with lead generation and data management. Who We're Looking For We are seeking candidates who are brimming with ideas and have a strong desire to learn. You should be: A Content Enthusiast: You have a solid understanding of the digital content landscape (especially YouTube). A Driven Learner: You have a high-energy, "can-do" attitude and are ready to soak up knowledge in a fast-paced environment. A Proactive Performer: You are resourceful, take initiative, and are eager to contribute. A Strong Communicator: You can articulate your ideas clearly, whether in a script, a marketing email, or a sales pitch. A Skill Holder: You have a resume and, more importantly, work samples (a portfolio, case studies, personal projects, etc.) that showcase your abilities in your preferred track.
