The firm operates across India's major ports and logistics hubs, providing professional, impartial, and high-quality inspection, damage assessment, and survey services.Qualification: B.Sc(Chemistry)/BBA/BBMWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)Job Responsibility:* Analysing of Technical Inspection & Survey of ISO/IMO Presurre Vessels (International Standrards) of reports received from our Technical Surveyors* Ensure document traceability for audits or regulatory reviews.* Keeping a track of container inspections / survey records and accurately maintain data.* Collaborate and coordinate with back-end team /surveyor & Shipping Companies/Depot Operators* Accurately entering and maintaining data in databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.* Ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.* Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to schedule surveys and inspections with minimal downtime.Desired Profile:* Should be a team player with Good Communication & interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and reporting.* Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.* Thorough with Ms Office, Excel & Word* Ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.* Typing speed 30 wpmScope of Works :We are specialised in Technical Inspection/Survey of the ISO/IMO Pressure Vessels(Marine Tanks) and working PAN India/Abroad (UAE/KSA/Singapore/Turkey). The selected Candidates will be trained One week at MIDC Taloja Area on International Standards of Quality Control Inspection/Survey procedures.
