IVR/IVA DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled IVR/IVA developer to join our team. As an IVR/IVA developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative IVR/IVA solutions using Java-based customizations.Your primary focus will be on contributing to the development of IVR/IVA solutions, supporting ongoing migration to NICE CXone, and integrating with conversational AI tools like Amelia.You will partner with QA engineers, architects, and product owners to test and improve call flows, assist with automation and workflow scripting, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Java development experience, 3+ years of IVR/IVA development experience, and a willingness to learn and work with NICE CXone and Groovy.This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to grow into NICE CXone and Amelia with hands-on experience, in a stable role with long-term potential based on performance.
