The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, employee engagement, and retention strategies. Daily tasks will include overseeing performance management, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The role also involves designing and implementing training programs, managing payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture.QualificationsExperience with recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategiesStrong skills in employee engagement and retention strategiesProficiency in performance management and handling employee relationsKnowledge of HR policies, compliance, and proceduresAbility to design and implement effective training programsExperience with payroll and benefits administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in a managerial HR role is a plus
