Internshala | Performance Marketing Associate

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our marketing team to support the execution, optimization, and scaling of various digital advertising campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our campaigns across multiple segments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
2. Audience & Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to enhance campaign performance
3. Data Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations
4. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving ROI and achieving campaign goals
5. Performance Reporting: Assist in the preparation of detailed performance reports and presentations for internal review
6. Testing & Experimentation: Support the team in testing new advertising channels, creatives, and tactics to improve performance
7. Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools to help enhance campaign execution
Other Requirements:
1. Should have managed paid marketing budgets of at least INR 1 Lakh/month
2. Should have a thorough understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ad platforms
3. Should have proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables
4. Should have strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
5. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Should have the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
7. Should have eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends
