This role is critical to strengthening client’s backend capabilities while also contributing to frontend development and infrastructure automationExp Level:5-8yrsJob Location: Bangalore, Pune and Gurgaon Desired Skills and Experience Essential skillsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in software developmentStrong expertise in Python (Flask, Fast API, Django) as a primary backend language in a professional setting. Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas in real-world applicationsExperience on using modern frameworks using ReactExperience with Docker for containerization and deploymentProven experience in CI/CD configuration and administrationSolid understanding of frontend technologies and backend frameworksStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyStrong communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Python.Excellent Python development skills, including professional use of NumPy and pandas for data-driven applications.Build and maintain frontend components using modern frameworks using ReactImplement and manage Docker-based hosting environments.Set up and administer CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresConduct code reviews and mentor junior developersExcellent SQL, including experience writing and optimizing stored procedures and user-defined functionsSelf-starter able to take initiative to identify and resolve problemsStrong ability to work independentlyAbility to multi-task and work well under pressureKey MetricsPython (Flask, Fast API, Django), ReactDockerGit, CI/CD, Agile/ScrumBehavioral CompetenciesGood communication (verbal and written)Experience in managing client stakeholders
