Reliable Database ExpertWe're seeking an experienced database specialist to strengthen our infrastructure reliability and performance capabilities.Create and implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies for large-scale databases.Optimize MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis databases for scalability and reliability.Execute efficient database version upgrades and schema migrations with minimal downtime.Develop data protection controls including encryption, masking, and retention policies aligned with ISO 27001:2022 standards.Collaborate with DevSecOps and Compliance teams to establish and automate RTO/RPO validation and recovery testing.Built automation for backup validation and monitoring using Terraform, Ansible, or cloud-native pipelines.Integrate data leakage prevention (DLP) and access control mechanisms into backup and replication flows.Maintain detailed architecture documentation and recovery runbooks for audit and operational readiness.Partner with Engineering and Security teams to ensure resilient infrastructure aligned with ISO, SOC 2 standards.Continuously optimize storage costs while maintaining reliability and compliance standards.About the RoleThis is a key position in building a secure, cloud-native platform.
