Vesta Hotels & Resorts is a leading name in the hospitality industry, known for its commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Store to manage and streamline store operations at our property in Udaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
  • Manage inventory control, stock audits, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle procurement and purchasing processes in line with hotel requirements.
  • Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals.
  • Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and inventory.
  • Regularly update management on stock levels, purchase requirements, and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
