Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: QpiAI [Jakkur , Bengaluru ] About Us: At QPiAI (qpiai.tech), we are driving innovation in AI and Quantum Computing solutions. We are looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team and help bring our AI solutions to the right organizations. About the Role: As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads, responsible for qualifying Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and driving them through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: ● Engage and qualify inbound MQLs to convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). ● Book discovery calls and demos for AEs according to weekly/monthly targets. ● Ensure prompt response to new leads to maximize engagement and conversion. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM. ● Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead qualification processes. ● Contribute to pipeline growth by consistently passing high-quality SQLs to AEs. Core KPIs: ● SQL Conversion Rate: % of MQLs validated as SQLs. ● Number of Discovery Calls/Demos Booked: Weekly/monthly target achievement. ● Lead Response Time: Speed of engagement with new MQLs. ● MQL-to-SQL Ratio: Efficiency in lead qualification. ● Pipeline Contribution: Value of SQLs passed to Account Executives. Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ● 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead qualification (SaaS or technology domain preferred). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. ● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
