Job TitleBlutic is looking for a Data Integration Developer (Level 1) with 1-3 yrs experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes and reports using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server under the guidance of senior team members. This entry-level role is ideal for developers looking to grow their skills in enterprise data solutions while contributing to critical client projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in building basic SSIS packages for data extraction and transformationHelp develop simple SSRS reports with guidance from senior developersWrite and modify basic SQL queries and scriptsPerform data validation and testing of developed solutionsTeam ParticipationWork closely with Level 2/3 developers to implement solutionsParticipate in code reviews and learn best practicesMaintain documentation of work in Confluence/JiraAttend and contribute to daily stand-upsLearning & GrowthDevelop understanding of client's data architectureLearn to troubleshoot basic ETL process issuesGain exposure to Agile development methodologiesRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsWillingness to learn Azure DevOps, Jira, ConfluenceSoft SkillsStrong willingness to learn and grow technical skillsBasic problem-solving abilitiesGood communication skills for team collaborationEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldInternship or academic project experience with databasesAny entry-level Microsoft certifications are a plus
