Position: Data Engineer Lead Location: Kochi (Hybrid WFO) Experience: 8+ years Job Summary Seeking a Data Engineer Lead with strong expertise in Databricks, PySpark, and cloud data engineering to modernize SAS-based applications into Python and Databricks-native solutions. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline. - 8+ years in data engineering with strong architectural understanding. - Expertise in Python, PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, and Databricks ecosystem (jobs, notebooks, lakehouse, Native Apps). - Hands-on experience with Python UI frameworks (Gradio/Streamlit) and REST API development. - Ability to create dashboards using Plotly, Matplotlib, or Seaborn. - Familiarity with SAS (PROC steps, data handling) is a plus. - Strong grasp of cloud data design and deployment practices.
