Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to oversee the implementation of project management frameworks for residential interior fit-out projects. This role will involve defining and implementing criteria for control and management of projects in the region.Manage design and site delivery teams, monitoring their performance and delegated responsibilities.Oversee project deliverables, including risk assessment and change management.Coordinate teamwork between all project stakeholders.Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and management.Ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.Foster coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion.Act as the primary point of contact between clients and management to ensure timely project delivery within quality standards.Key QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.A process-driven project management professional with quick problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Relevant experience in managing interior fit-out projects, including residential, retail, and office projects.Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.Tech-savvy professional with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
