To work with HOD / executives and business heads to prepare budgetsand track

profit / loss performance analysis ofbusiness unit and on consolidated basis.

Toutilize the full potential and capability of ERP system foraccounting analysis and

reporting

To perform and control the full audit cycle includingrisk management and control

management overoperations’ effectiveness financial reliability andcompliance with

all applicable directives andregulations

To determine internal audit scopeand develop annual plans

To obtain analyse andevaluate accounting documentation previous reports data

flowcharts etc

To prepare and presentreports that reflect audit’s results and document process

To act as an objective source of independentadvice to ensure validity legality and

goalachievement

To identify loopholes andrecommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

To maintain open communication with management and auditcommittee

To document process and prepareaudit findings memorandum

To conduct follow upaudits to monitor management’s interventions

Education: CA

Experience:

7 10 years of experience in financeand accounts from a manufacturing organization

Should have handled Income Tax assessment procedures scrutiny andappeal cases for

corporate includinginteraction with Big 4 audit firms.

Excellentcommunication both in verbal and written

Expertise in analyzing data to offer financial and organizationalplanning suggestions.

Good interpersonalnegotiating skills team management skills and technical skills like

data analysis budgeting and GAAP

Good in computer skills / ERP

Expertise in performing statutory audit limited revies tax audits

Proficient in corporate tax matters.
