Roles and Responsibilities:

To coordinate with the statutory Auditors in finalization of financial statementsStandalone & Consolidated.

To coordinate with the auditors handling Direct Tax matters Viz Income Tax mattersTax Audit Income Tax returns and follow up with the Income Tax Department.

To review monthly financials and ensure necessary validation of revenues accrualsreceivables provisions and other details as may be necessary.

To prepare provisional Financial Statements on a quarterly/half yearly/annual basisas may be required.

To prepare policies and procedures risk control measures etc. for the smoothfunctioning of the organization

To present financial data & analysis report as per Indian & US requirement

To handle all Corporate and tax laws compliancesTo handle the statutory audit as per international standardsTo analyse Inventory valuation and product costing analysisTo Handle Internal and Statutory Auditors / Compliance.To prepared and provide corrective preventive and disposition actions for the auditreports raised by Internal Audit and Statutory auditsTo work with HOD / executives and business heads to prepare budgets and trackprofit / loss performance analysis of business unit and on consolidated basis.To utilize the full potential and capability of ERP system for accounting analysis andreportingTo perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and controlmanagement over operations’ effectiveness financial reliability and compliance withall applicable directives and regulationsTo determine internal audit scope and develop annual plansTo obtain analyse and evaluate accounting documentation previous reports dataflowcharts etcTo prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document processTo act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity legality andgoal achievementTo identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savingsTo maintain open communication with management and audit committeeTo document process and prepare audit findings memorandumTo conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

CAExperience:7 10 years of experience in finance and accounts from a manufacturing organizationShould have handled Income Tax assessment procedures scrutiny and appeal cases forcorporate including interaction with Big 4 audit firms.Excellent communication both in verbal and writtenExpertise in analyzing data to offer financial and organizational planning suggestions.Good interpersonal negotiating skills team management skills and technical skills likedata analysis budgeting and GAAPGood in computer skills / ERPExpertise in performing statutory audit limited revies tax auditsProficient in corporate tax matters.
