About the RoleWe are seeking passionate and goal-oriented individuals to join us as Team Members (Outbound). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make outbound calls, engage with potential clients, and onboard them onto our platform.
ResponsibilitiesEmbark on an exciting outbound calling journey, connecting with potential customers and showcasing the power of our platform.Craft compelling sales pitches that highlight the unique features and benefits of our services to captivate potential clients.Become a trusted advisor to customers by providing accurate information about our products, services, and account opening procedures.Guide customers through the seamless account opening process, ensuring their smooth transition onto our platform.Meet or exceed individual and team targets for customer acquisition and onboarding, fueling your own success and growth.
Qualifications A passion for financial services and a genuine desire to help customers achieve their financial goals.
 Academic - Graduate Mandatory, Freshers are welcome.
 Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages.
 Language - English & Hindi Mandatory
