Job Title: Training Operations ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Training Operations Manager to oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in managing teams and projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Training Strategies: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with our business objectives.Manage Training Delivery Teams: Supervise and coordinate the work of trainers, facilitators, and other training staff to ensure smooth and effective delivery of training programs.Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Conduct regular evaluations to assess the impact and effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.Maintain Training Materials and Resources: Ensure that all training materials, resources, and equipment are up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible to training staff and learners.Monitor and Report on Training Metrics: Track and analyze key training metrics, including participation rates, learning outcomes, and feedback from learners and managers.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Graduate Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field is required.Training Experience: At least 6 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a leadership role.Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex projects.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary package, opportunities for career growth and professional development, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about training and development and has a track record of success in similar roles.
