Job SummaryAs a seasoned quant analytics professional, you will spearhead the validation and review of various risk models within our organization. Your expertise in statistical and AI/ML model development/validation will be instrumental in ensuring the robustness and accuracy of our predictive models.This role requires a strong understanding of quantitative modeling methods, including AI/ML algorithms, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or SAS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential to articulate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead independent validations and reviews of risk models used across the organization.Perform in-depth validations and reviews of new and existing models, including those for fraud risk, compliance risk, and other areas.Test the conceptual soundness, data accuracy, methodology, and ongoing performance of models through techniques like backtesting, benchmarking, and stress testing.Present findings, weaknesses, and observations identified from the validation/review to model developers/owners and provide executable finding remediations.Prepare detailed validation reports and memos that document the validation approach, findings, and conclusions.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A Master's degree (or its equivalent) in a quantitative discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) and at least 5 years of relevant experience.Hands-on experience in statistical and AI/ML model development/validation, with a strong understanding of quantitative modeling methods.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or SAS.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical findings.BenefitsThis role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as the chance to work with a team of experienced professionals in the field of quantitative analytics.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
