Empathy, responsibility, passion, and agility are values in the workplace that we seek in our employees.Designation: Workday Core HCM ConsultantMandate Skill: Workday Core HCM, Workday CertificationExperience: 2+ yearsLocation: Remote work, any India locationPosition Type: Permanent/Full-timeWorking Hours: 2 PM IST to 11 PM ISTThis role ensures successful production support for HCM and additional modules under the HCM umbrella such as Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, Core Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.The Workday HCM Consultant contributes to the development of ERPA's Workday AMS practice and requires an innovative, strategic consultant with drive to make us a Workday partner of choice.Work independently on multiple client engagementsUnderstand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration, and prototypeSupport clients during Annual Events such as Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc.Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts for clear lines of communication and project alignmentAccurately maintain forecast in a timely mannerPartner with Sales teams and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEsStay up-to-date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and advise on Workday best practicesBuild strong relationships with clients through trust and exceptional customer serviceRequirements:Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant at a Workday partner firmHCM Core Workday Partner Certification requiredPreferred certifications: Talent, Learning, PEX, Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Benefits, and LaunchEmployment contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certificationAll required Workday Partner certifications must remain Active throughout employment with usMust have experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and building custom reportsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices
