Finance Transformation LeaderRategain is a global provider of AI-powered SaaS solutions for travel and hospitality that works with numerous customers worldwide.The mission is to drive finance strategy & transformation agenda, partnering with the CFO to reimagine how financial efficiency, automation, and technology-led decision-making can unlock scalable, profitable growth.This role will lead the Finance Strategy Office, focusing on optimizing IT & operating costs, embedding automation, and building a governance framework that delivers measurable efficiency and long-term financial excellence.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Finance LeadershipPartner with the CFO to design and implement multi-year financial efficiency roadmaps.Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in cost optimization, automation, and process transformation across all business units.Translate financial insights into actionable programs that enhance profitability and cash flow.IT, Cloud & Vendor OptimizationAudit IT & SaaS spend; deliver annual reductions through rightsizing, contract renegotiation, and vendor consolidation.Build and govern Tech Spend Frameworks for visibility, control, and ROI tracking.Explore AI-based cloud cost optimization tools and evaluate startup Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to drive smarter technology utilization.Automation & Process ExcellenceIdentify and automate high-effort, low-value workflows across Finance, Operations, and Content.Deploy AI and analytics to drive efficiency, standardization, and faster decision cycles.Establish Process Excellence functions under the CFO to ensure sustained gains.Governance, Reporting & Transformation OfficeCreate and manage the Finance Strategy Office, acting as the CFO's program management hub.Develop dashboards and savings scorecards.Institutionalize reporting cadences and quarterly reviews with all business units.
