Knowledge Centre India (KCI)Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 6 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture, Data Quality and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.
The PositionThe Program Manager will manage simple to complex projects or phases of a project to ensure the completion of milestones within budget, tracks performance and progress of project against committed timeline. This role calls for collaboration with cross functional & multi-teams to ensure that the projects are accomplished to a high quality, adhering to our standard processes, systems, and project management principles, while remaining aligned with strategy and goals of the organization. Resolves unique problems that could occur during the project to minimize delays & provide timely status updates to the executive leadership team.
About the CandidateThe ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, cross-functional coordination, Business Process Reengineering and stakeholder relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in data analysis and presentation, and experience in Program Management within a Global Capability Center
Roles & responsibilities- Drive and manage multiple internal strategic initiatives/ projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop comprehensive plans, track progress, and report on performance. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and partners to ensure seamless execution of multi-competency projects. Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders. Resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for project/ initiative related process, issues, and inquiries. Ensure alignment of activities with overall team objectives.
- Adopt and align the account management program and initiatives. Guide the teams to adopt the best practices and track the same. Participate in the development of the plan, the periodic review process, and the overall strategy.
- Serve as the central point of contact for the teams, partaking in periodic reviews, strategy discussions, and delivering key actionable insights at the overall level - while using tools, research, and frameworks to help build long-term growth plans for the Service Levels.
- Identify and drive strategic initiatives to support the leadership. Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations. Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business decisions. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to generate insights. Present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements
The Ideal candidate should have:· Program management experience in a Global Capability Center with 8 to 10 years of experience
· Proven track on managing Stakeholder Relationships
· Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
· Experience in project/ program management and ideating/ driving initiatives.
· Experience in data visualization tools.
· Excellent cross-functional coordination abilities.
· Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
· Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
