Established in 2010, we have had the good fortune to grow with brands that have now become household names: iD Fresh, 3M, Loca Loka, Razorpay, Swiggy, The Bowl Company, Mfine, Orange Health, Peps Mattresses and a lot more.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
Location: Bengaluru
Position: Art Director
This is a full-time on-site role in Bangalore for an Art Director (3-4 years experience) to work with some exciting new age brands on the verge of a launch and help establish brands solve challenging problems.
Note: For your application to be considered, you must have core advertising campaign experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create stunning and innovative visual ideas for advertising campaigns across all media
- Take responsibility for campaign development from ideation to execution
- Present your ideas in an interesting manner to communicate to clients
- Bring the science of design to develop impactful Packaging Design
- Understand target audience and business priorities and bring them to life in output
- Champion the use of AI in creative development
- Be an expert in creating social media and digital content
- Adapt ideas according to feedback from clients and agency teams.
- Maintain a high level of quality with short turnaround times.
- Be responsible for building the agency’s creative reputation.
- Create innovative designs and layouts for both print and digital media.
- Use creativity to redefine design briefs while adhering to cost and time constraints.
- Work with a wide range of media to produce compelling designs.
- Generate fresh ideas and concepts through creative thinking.
- Collaborate with senior team members for design approvals
You must have:
- 3-4 years experience in advertising and design agencies
- Bachelor/Master of Fine Arts
- Strategic and creative thinking
- An eye for detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in softwares like Adobe Illustrator, photoshop
- Ability to leverage AI smartly
- Ability to do Motion Graphics is a plus
