The name is a dead giveaway of our philosophy - to connect with brands or brands with people, or die trying. Established in 2010, we have had the good fortune to grow with brands that have now become household names: iD Fresh, 3M, Loca Loka, Razorpay, Swiggy, The Bowl Company, Mfine, Orange Health, Peps Mattresses and a lot more.
Role Description:
Location: Bengaluru
Position: Social Media Strategist
This is a full-time hybrid role in Bangalore for a Social Media Strategist (2 years experience). Key responsibilities for this role include managing and growing the social media handles of our clients, executing marketing campaigns and working collaboratively with the wider marketing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as an interest in all things social media.
Your Responsibilities:
- Understanding the client’s requirements/ brief and accordingly getting the internal teams to provide creative solutions.
- Developing thorough social media strategy for client brands
- Preparing and managing social media content calendars based on the strategic approach and client objectives
- Presenting the creative solution to the client, getting necessary approvals, and working towards finalizing the approach for further course of action.
- Monthly/ Weekly report to the Management/ Client regarding the account’s activities.
- To liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that projects are running smoothly on time.
- Tracking competition brands to understand and define the brand way forward that will differentiate the brand from the competitors
- Tracking industry as well as category trends to incorporate the same in marketing strategies/content
- Keeping an eye out for moments and topics that may be relevant to the brand
- Provide timely feedback to the internal teams and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the concept, design, etc.
- Research Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X and media websites like Inshorts and other news platforms such as Google News; daily for platform updates and trends to inform the team about the same.
- Understanding of the consumer and delivering relevant content which in turn drives success for the brand.
- Maintaining Job Status Report (JSRs) in order to ensure the work for the brands is synced well within the team and the work is executed in a timely manner.
- Perform detailed analysis of social media channels, listening data, and identify trends, sentiment, and emerging topics.
- Utilize Social Listening tools to gather and analyze data relevant to client brands.
- Conduct campaign analysis to measure the impact of digital activities and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Generate comprehensive reports with observations, recommendations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and risks in digital activities, providing timely recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to social listening.
- Help grow presence of client brands on social media platforms
