Content Coordinator RoleWe are seeking a high-execution individual to oversee the coordination of creative content production for paid ads.Creative Briefing & Script Coordination: The ideal candidate will convert notes into clear, structured briefs, write talking points, hooks, and on-screen text guidelines, share briefs with creators, request retakes or corrections as needed, prepare shot lists and deliverable checklists for every brief.UGC & Raw Footage Management: Receive raw footage from creators, check compliance with brief, flag gaps or reshoots immediately, organise all raw clips neatly in Google Drive with naming conventions.Editorial Support: Create an editing brief for each video, ensure editor delivers hook variations, messaging variation, on-screen text additions and spell checks, follow up for timely delivery, do basic QC of edits before review.Project Administration: Maintain the creative production pipeline, upload new creatives to drive + Trello cards, maintain calendars, tracking deadlines and follow-ups to avoid delays, pull performance data from internal dashboards (CTR, ROAS, CPC).Creative Assistance: Develop hook iterations and cutdowns of main edited videos, assist with small shoots/b-roll capture, support content for Amazon/Shopify listings when needed.The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They will be proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for creative content production.
