Solar ConsultantAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Solar Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into happy solar customers.You will visit customer homes, educate them about solar energy and its benefits, and conduct site assessments to determine the most suitable solar solutions. Your strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms will be essential in building long-term relationships with homeowners.Key Responsibilities:Lead Conversion & Customer Interaction: Visit customer homes, conduct consultations, and educate customers on solar energy.Site Assessments: Conduct physical site surveys to assess roof condition, area availability, and other technical feasibility aspects.Sales Closure: Prepare and present customized proposals and financial analysis, negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective customers.Requirements:Graduate degree in any discipline, technical background preferred.1-5 years of experience in B2C field sales or a related field.Strong communication and persuasion skills in regional/local language & Hindi/English.Benefits:Competitive fixed salary with attractive performance-based incentives.Best-in-class onboarding and sales training.Opportunity to work in the booming clean energy sector.Additional Requirements:Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
