Job Title: SAP CO Lead ConsultantAre you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role in SAP S/4HANA Controlling? We are looking for an experienced CO Lead Consultant to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Controlling processes across S/4HANA environments. This includes architecting solutions, defining functional specifications, and collaborating with global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Design and Implement Controlling Processes: Lead the end-to-end design of SAP S/4HANA CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.Translate Business Requirements into Scalable Solutions: Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and detailed functional specifications.Configuration and Integration:Configure SAP S/4HANA CO Components: Configure SAP S/4HANA CO components such as Universal Journal-based CO integration, Cost elements, allocations, assessments, settlements, and Reporting structures and value flows.Ensure Robust Integration: Ensure robust integration with FI, MM, PP, SD, PM, and other S/4HANA modules.Project Leadership:Act as Primary CO Workstream Lead: Act as the primary CO Workstream Lead for S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.Provide Functional Specifications: Provide functional specifications for RICEFW objects and support development, testing, and validation.Requirements:10+ Years of Hands-on Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO.Minimum 2 Full Lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Implementations: Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations as a CO Lead.Strong Expertise in Controlling Processes: Strong expertise in Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Internal Orders, and CO-PA / Margin Analysis.
