Senior RecruiterWe are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support our federal consulting practice.Recruit key personnel for competitive proposals within tight timeframes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.Source and recruit incumbent personnel from contracts up for recompete, utilizing your extensive network to identify top talent.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across various skill sets, focusing on creative sourcing strategies and problem-solving skills.Required Skills:10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in US federal consulting or government contracting.Proven experience recruiting for proposal key personnel positions.Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and proposal lifecycles.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent recruitment efforts.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of federal contract vehicles and labor categories.Network of qualified candidates with active security clearances.Understanding of federal salary structures and compensation guidelines.Key Competencies:Urgency and responsiveness to meet proposal deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.Creative sourcing strategies and problem-solving skills.
