As an Architect/Interior Designer at F Six Events, you will play a crucial role in the design and execution of event spaces that wow our clients and their guests. You will work closely with our team of event planners and production specialists to bring our clients' visions to life. Your proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and/or 3DS Max will be essential for creating detailed design plans and visualizations. Key Responsibilities: Conceptual Design: Collaborate with clients and the creative team to develop unique event concepts and design strategies that align with the client's vision and brand. Space Planning: Create detailed floor plans and layouts for event spaces, considering traffic flow, seating arrangements, and functional requirements. 3D Visualization: Utilize SketchUp, Lumion, and/or 3DS Max to produce realistic 3D renderings and virtual walkthroughs of event designs to help clients visualize the final product. Material and Furniture Selection: Source and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and decor elements that enhance the overall design concept while adhering to budget constraints. Technical Drawings: Produce construction and technical drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring that designs meet safety, structural, and regulatory standards. Project Management: Oversee the execution of design plans, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and production teams to ensure the successful implementation of event designs. Site Inspections: Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of design plans and ensure that installations are executed according to design specifications. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to each project. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven experience as an architect or interior designer, with a portfolio showcasing event design projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Lumion, 3DS Max. Strong creative and conceptual design skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices is a plus.
