We are looking for an Event Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact physical and virtual events that generate pipeline, strengthen our brand, and create meaningful engagements with enterprise decision-makers. Role Overview As an Event Marketing Manager at Scry AI, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of events across conferences, trade shows, roundtables, webinars, and partner-led engagements. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership to define event objectives, drive attendance, orchestrate impactful experiences at the booth or stage, and convert event interest into qualified opportunities. This role demands strong project management skills, creativity, and a sharp focus on measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Event Strategy and Planning - Develop an annual and quarterly event calendar aligned with GTM priorities and target markets - Define event objectives, target personas, key messages, and success metrics for each event - Research and recommend relevant industry conferences, expos, and niche forums for BFSI, insurance, logistics, and enterprise tech End-to-End Event Execution - Own logistics for online and offline events, including registrations, vendor coordination, booth design, branding, collateral, and demos - Work with design and product marketing to create event assets: booth graphics, banners, videos, decks, handouts, and swag - Coordinate speaker sessions, panel participation, and product demos to highlight Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio in a compelling way Audience Acquisition and Engagement - Plan and execute pre-event campaigns (email, social, LinkedIn, partners) to drive registrations and booth visits - Coordinate with sales teams on outreach to key accounts and prospects before, during, and after events - Design interactive experiences at events (live demos, workshops, breakouts) that showcase real-world use cases and outcomes Lead Management and Follow-Up - Ensure smooth lead capture at events using appropriate tools and processes - Collaborate with sales and marketing ops to route leads, define follow-up cadences, and track conversions - Report on event performance, including leads, opportunities, meetings, and influenced pipeline Measurement, Optimization, and Vendor Management - Track event ROI, including cost per lead, cost per meeting, and pipeline influence - Analyze what worked and what didn’t to refine future event strategies and formats - Manage relationships and negotiations with event organizers, vendors, and partners Required Qualifications and Skills - 4+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise software - Proven track record of planning and executing successful conferences, trade shows, webinars, or field events - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and stakeholders - Experience collaborating with sales, product marketing, and creative teams - Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation tools for registrations, tracking, and follow-ups - Excellent communication, organization, and vendor management skills Our Ideal Candidate - Thinks about events not just as activities, but as key levers for pipeline and brand building - Is detail-oriented yet creative, able to design experiences that stand out in crowded enterprise environments - Is comfortable working with technical content and can translate product capabilities into compelling event narratives - Moves fast, adapts quickly to changing timelines or requirements, and keeps stakeholders aligned - Is excited to help position Scry AI as a thought leader in enterprise AI through impactful, memorable events If this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and to see how Scry AI showcases Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio at leading industry events and forums.
