Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced facilities management professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. As a Sr Facility Executive/Executive - Technical, you will be responsible for ensuring administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.Priorities:Prioritize facilities' needsWork with facilities manager & assistant facilities manager to oversee property's day-to-day operationsEnsure administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are coveredResponsibilities:Routine site rounds and critical area inspectionsTrack tickets raised and closure within Service Level Agreement (SLA)Shift-wise maintenance stock record & updateVendor management (on-site)Coordinate with LL teamCoordinate with Site FM team for daily activitiesManage and prepare material Bill of Quantities (BOQ) if requiredManage and shift manpower deploymentsInventory management/store managementEnsure checklists updated upkeep of the facilityPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reportsEnergy consumption and data managementManage weekly, monthly FM & LL Management of Change (MOCs)Maintain records of admin reportsIncident reports/records and tracker managementManage technical equipment data sheets lining of manpower and vendor as per 52 weeks Preventive Maintenance (PM) calendar schedulesMaintenance team briefings,Daily basis observations and closuresRecord of PM & service reports and time-to-time updates with the PM plannerWork permits its issuance and recordsGate pass and material movementsProvide data and reports to client as requiredTime to time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registersTime to time training for the maintenance teamsMaintenance team attendance and recordsShift jobs and 6 days working
