Our team of sports scientists, physiotherapists, and strength and conditioning coaches is committed to delivering personalized online rehabilitation programs that empower clients to regain mobility, functionality, and confidence. We believe in innovation, effective rehabilitation techniques, and positively impacting lives.About the RoleAs a strength and conditioning coach, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing advanced rehabilitation programs for our clients. You’ll conduct live 1-on-1 training sessions of 1 hour each, conduct assessments, document case details, and work closely with the support staff to provide an integrated approach to rehabilitation. You will also have the opportunity to learn advanced rehabilitation techniques and work on end-stage Return-to-Play (RTP) strategies for sports clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct online live sessions with clients (between 6:30am - 10:30am and 5pm - 9pm, occasionally at other times), guiding them through their rehabilitation programsRegularly update the workouts of clients in our application at periodic intervalsConduct and submit detailed assessment reportsContinuously explore rescheduling possibilities for clients who have missed sessions, in your vacant slotsMaintain clean records of the client sessions, weekly progress and results in ExcelEnsure daily submission of client sessions conducted details (training protocols, attendance reports)Work in an integrated team environment, collaborating with SnC coaches, physiotherapists, and other professionalsEngage in continuous learning to upgrade your knowledge and skillset with advanced rehabilitation techniquesContribute to administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operationsAssist with end-stage RTP programming for sports clientsWhat We're Looking ForOpen to recent graduates with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science or SnC certification (CSCS, ASCA L2) 0-2 YOEPreferred candidates should have knowledge of knee-related injuries and RTP programmingPrefer someone who likes working out themself and understands progressive overloadPassion for Learning: Willingness to embrace new concepts, stay updated with the latest advancements, and develop innovative solutionsTeam Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environmentLoyalty, Work Ethic, and Discipline: These qualities are non-negotiableStrong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively connect with clients and team membersCompensation & Benefits💼 Compensation details to be reviewed with qualified candidates💼 Maximize your productivity with a focused work-from-home environment💼 Growth Opportunities: Prove your skills and grow into roles💼 Learning Environment: Gain hands-on experience with advanced techniques and work with a team of seasoned professionalsHow to ApplyReady to take your career to the next level?
