Digital Content Evolution ManagerAs a seasoned leader in digital production and AI transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of creative output at a cutting-edge global capability center.This position combines creative technology, automation, and operations leadership to drive innovation in digital content creation, establish next-generation workflows, and enable AI-powered production at scale across markets and media.Key ResponsibilitiesOversight of end-to-end production for digital assets including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics.Collaboration with global creative and account teams to translate creative ideas into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables.Championing excellence in craft, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity.Automation & Process InnovationIdentification, design, and implementation of automation use cases across creative production (e.g., resizing, versioning, localization).Leadership of workflow modernization across tools such as Figma, After Effects, Animate, Google Web Designer, Adobe Creative Cloud, and platform APIs.Development and governance of production templates, component libraries, and automation frameworks to enhance throughput and quality.AI-Driven Content & Design EnablementEvaluation and integration of AI tools for design, image, video, and content generation (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs).Partnership with data, tech, and operations teams to create AI-assisted creative pipelines for banner, motion, and web content.Staying ahead of trends in creative AI, automation, and MarTech to guide organization readiness.Studio & Capability GrowthMentorship of a team of digital producers, developers, and motion designers; nurturing cross-functional talent capable of handling integrated campaigns.Collaboration with operations and global stakeholders to define future capability roadmaps.Driving partnerships with global agency teams to ensure innovation is business-linked and ROI-driven.This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital production and AI transformation.
