Key Responsibilities:Compose, refine, and perfect content for digital channels to enhance clarity, brand voice, and conversion.Develop targeted content strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-impact ad copy, social media posts, and campaign messaging that align with brand guidelines.Manage content publication and updates in content management systems, ensuring consistent formatting, SEO tags, and user experience.Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into all digital content.Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized formats for social media, email newsletters, and ad creatives.Stay current on performance metrics, competitor messaging, and industry trends to refine strategy.Support brand storytelling and maintain a consistent tone across all channels.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing — ideally for B2B or consumer brands.Strong portfolio showcasing SEO writing, brand copywriting, and campaign work; familiarity with content management systems is required.Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics, or Search Console is a plus.Ability to write for different audiences and platforms while maintaining a consistent brand tone.Basic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud) is a plus for collaborating on visuals.Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects across time zones.Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.
