Job Summary:
To develop and grow both relationships and revenue within the region ensuring that we continue to further our mission of Improving Patient Care. With a full understanding of the role and the business, grow the region in line with company targets whilst delivering a timely & robust recruitment service to both candidates & clients alike with a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Sales & Client Service Delivery
- Client-Facing Sales Requirements and Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Service calling all clients to understand the demand and staffing they need
- Day-to-day management of Sales Operations
- Oversee daily sales activities, including scrums and KPI management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and alignment between sales and client service delivery.
- Individual Sales and Hours Booking Target
- Manage and meet targets for individual sales and hours bookings.
- Ensure shifts are adequately booked and managed.
- Accountability for Hours Booked
- Take responsibility for the hours booked and ensure targets are met.
- Work closely with sales managers to provide support during out-of-hours.
- KPI Support Delivery
- Monitor and report on sales activities, hours booked, and team performance.
- Ensure KPIs are met and aligned with company goals.
Operations & People Management
- Adoption and Utilization of Processes and Systems
- Promote the use of ICG Medical’s processes and systems for effective sales management and recruitment service delivery.
- Building Relationships with Stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
- Hiring Plans
- Develop hiring plans for the next 6-12 months, including onshore and offshore hiring strategies.
- Learning and Development (L&D)
- Collaborate with the L&D department to develop skills that enhance engagement and performance.
- Performance Management
- Manage your team's performance, including creating Personal Development Plans (PDPs), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and conducting performance reviews.
- People and HR Management
- Handle HR responsibilities such as disciplinaries, grievances, recognition, and awards.
Market Research and Intelligence
- Competitor and Industry Trends
- Stay informed about recruitment, talent, and industry trends.
- Share insights with leadership to keep the team and brand ahead of the competition.
- Knowledge of Competitors
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitors and their offerings.
- Stay updated on new competitors and market changes.
- Talent Supply and Demand
- Be acutely aware of talent supply and demand trends.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment and sales strategies.
- Candidates with a minimum of 4 Years of International Voice Process/International Customer Service or Sales experience may apply.
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment and sales management systems.
- Excellent operational and people management abilities.
- Mandate weekend work with varying shift schedules and two rotating days off per week.
- The candidate must be comfortable working in UK shifts.
