Job Description: Ruby on Rails Developer

Location - Gurgaon

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications in a lean, agile environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mission-critical web application development, prioritizes code quality, and is comfortable with modern tech stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and readable code with a focus on reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in building mission-critical web applications.
  • Proficiency in Ruby and a solid understanding of well-tested code.
  • Strong command of Git (GitHub experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and self-management skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Grape or Rails API, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, optimization, and microservice architectures.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
