Job Description: Ruby on Rails Developer
Location - Gurgaon
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications in a lean, agile environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mission-critical web application development, prioritizes code quality, and is comfortable with modern tech stacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and readable code with a focus on reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in building mission-critical web applications.
- Proficiency in Ruby and a solid understanding of well-tested code.
- Strong command of Git (GitHub experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and self-management skills.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Grape or Rails API, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of monitoring, optimization, and microservice architectures.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
