Job Title: OTM Consultant About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) professional to lead or participate in full lifecycle implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL, and be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices. Experience with OTM on-premise to cloud migration will be a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projectsWork with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutionsConfigure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rulesPerform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systemsConduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issuesSupport OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable)Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environmentCreate documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areasProficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structuresKnowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processesStrong understanding of Agile methodologiesExperience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level)Excellent communication and client interaction skillsWho Can ApplyOTM Consultant → 8+ years experienceSenior OTM Consultant → 10–12+ years experience + migration background preferred
