Job Overview:The Project Finance Analyst is responsible for managing O2C activities for a portfolio of projects. This role involves supporting internal stakeholders, including account management teams, project operations teams, and finance teams.Key Responsibilities:Supporting internal stakeholders in IQVIA, including account management teams, project operations teams, project finance global leadership, business finance, and local country finance.Working in enterprise ERP (PeopleSoft) on project and activity setup, maintaining customer contracts and project budgets, rate sets, revenue plans, billing plans, milestones, other project and contract data, payment schedules, and pass-through expense forecasts.Assisting project teams and finance teams in monthly revenue and backlog accounting, guiding project teams towards solutions, analyzing monthly project revenue and backlog, identifying and correcting exceptions, highlighting deviations in key project performance metrics, and providing relevant project-level reporting and reconciliations.Managing ad-hoc tasks, achieving subject matter expertise in PFM activities, training and coaching colleagues, and supporting the management team in quality assurance, process documentation, lean projects, and operational governance activities.Required Skills and Qualifications:Graduate or Post-graduate degree in commerce, economics, accounting, management, or allied areas with mandatory education in accounting.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and other stakeholders.Ability to work in a multicultural transnational environment, adhere to work instructions, and have good knowledge of statutory and management accounting.Strong communication skills - written and verbal, willingness to work in shifts, flexible and challenging environment, strong work ethics, accountability, and discipline.Willingness to learn people management skills, advanced MS Excel skills, and PeopleSoft PA module skills are desirable.Benefits:Opportunity to develop subject matter expertise in PFM activities.Chance to train and coach colleagues.Supporting the management team in quality assurance, process documentation, lean projects, and operational governance activities.Developing strong work ethics, accountability, and discipline.Others:Will need to clear thresholds defined by IQVIA in computer-based assessments on numerical ability, logical ability, and English.Willingness to work in a multicultural transnational environment.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
