Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly capable project manager to lead and deliver complex IT projects with strict timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing large cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large technical & functional teams across multiple projects.Ensure delivery of all modules within committed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.Conduct daily stand-ups, task allocation, sprint planning, and workload balancing.Track team performance and ensure accountability across all delivery streams.Understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and technical tasks.Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and client teams for smooth execution.Drive requirement gathering sessions, functional reviews, and change management.Monitor risks, blockers, and dependencies with proactive resolution.Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients.Present progress updates, demos, and delivery milestones.Manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Implement SDLC processes, documentation standards, and delivery frameworks.Ensure proper documentation: BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, workflows, test cases, etc.Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and sign-off processes.Ensure time-bound delivery schedules with precise execution.Optimize team productivity through structured processes, reviews, and escalations.Identify automation opportunities, improvements, and process gaps.
