### **Job Overview:**

The Events Executive at Retiyo - The Khadi Store will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing in-store events that promote the brand’s sustainable ethos and drive community engagement. This role focuses on creating meaningful experiences that highlight Retiyo’s unique khadi products and values while enhancing customer interaction and loyalty.


### **Key Responsibilities:**


- **Event Strategy & Planning:**

 - Develop and execute a calendar of events that aligns with the store’s mission of promoting sustainable fashion and local craftsmanship.

 - Plan in-store workshops, fashion showcases, product launches, and other customer-centric events that educate and engage customers about the khadi movement and sustainability.

 - Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, décor, materials, and resources required for smooth event execution.


- **Partnership & Collaboration:**

 - Work closely with artisans, local communities, and sustainability advocates to host co-branded events that highlight khadi products and the broader sustainable fashion movement.

 - Build partnerships with eco-conscious brands, influencers, and media outlets to amplify event reach and impact.


- **Customer Engagement:**

 - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and participation at events.

 - Create unique interactive experiences that help customers connect with the khadi fabric, such as live weaving demonstrations, educational sessions on sustainable fashion, or DIY workshops.

 - Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve event experiences and customer satisfaction.


- **Marketing & Promotions:**

 - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across digital platforms (social media, email campaigns) and in-store signage.

 - Ensure events are aligned with ongoing promotions and product launches, highlighting khadi’s heritage and value proposition.

 - Create event-related content (photos, videos, stories) to be used across online and offline channels, building brand presence.


- **Event Budgeting & Reporting:**

 - Prepare budgets for each event, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost management.

 - Track the return on investment (ROI) for events by analyzing sales impact, customer footfall, and media coverage.

 - Provide detailed reports on event performance, attendee feedback, and areas for improvement.


- **Team Coordination:**

 - Liaise with store staff to ensure that they are well-prepared and equipped to support event activities.

 - Coordinate with external vendors, decorators, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of events.


- **Sustainability Focus:**

 - Ensure all events reflect Retiyo’s commitment to sustainability by using eco-friendly materials and practices.

### **Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

- 2+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in retail, fashion, or sustainability-driven brands.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
