Gameskraft is looking for a House Manager to join our team
Our flagship brand, ‘RummyCulture’, is the #1 Rummy gaming brand in India by DAU and Revenue. It also holds the Guiness World Record for “Largest Online Rummy Tournament”. Our brand ambassadors include sporting superstars such as Harbhajan Singh, Mahesh Bhupati, Abhinav Bindra, and Pankaj Advani.
‘Pocket52’ was fully acquired by Gameskraft in 2021 and operates in the Poker segment. ‘Playerzpot’ a leading gaming super-app is an investee company of Gameskraft.
As a House Manager:
Your Roles & Responsibility will include the below:
- Household Operations Manage inventory of household supplies, groceries, and other essential items.
- Develop and maintain home maintenance schedules, including routine cleaning, landscaping, and repairs.
- Staff Management Supervise and coordinate the activities of household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, butlers, drivers, and other domestic employees.
- Vendor and Service Provider Management Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers (e.g., cleaning companies, maintenance workers, landscapers, etc.).
- Event Planning & Coordination:Plan, organize, and execute events, dinners, and gatherings at the home, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
What we expect you will bring to the table:
- Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role with 5+ years of experience
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to
- effectively supervise and motivate staff
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability
- to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Knowledge of household systems and maintenance, including HVAC,
- plumbing, and security systems
- Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop and
- maintain budgets and review financial reports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
