Established in 2017, Gameskraft is one of India’s fastest-growing companies. We are building the
world's most-loved online gaming ecosystem, one game at a time. Started by a group of
passionate gamers, we have grown from a small team of 5-6 members to a large family of 700+
Krafters, working out of our office in Prestige Tech Park, Bangalore.

Designation – Senior Manager/Manager
Responsibilities
● Develop and execute content marketing campaigns to increase website traffic and
customer engagement
● Own written, static and video content across all web and app platforms, blogs, social
media and other marketing channels
● Curate monthly mar-com calendar and ensure execution across social, influencers,
communities and paid
● Track content and creative performance, take ownership of experimentation and
implementing industry best practices
● Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure the successful deployment of
campaigns
● Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
● Develop strong IPs to drive user engagement and acquisition
● Design brand communication strategies and use the right media to communicate them
● Lead the product marketing charter, develop GTM for new product launches and ensure
seamless execution
● Lead all brand communications across poker communities on FB, Whatsapp and Discord
● Lead all the influencer marketing activities for brand promotion and collaborations
Qualifications:
● 3 to 5 years of experience working in brand or content marketing in RMG, D2C, or
consumer tech brands
● Bachelor’s in marketing, business, engineering, or MBA Graduate from premier institutes
Skill Requirement:
● Process-oriented individual with 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in marketing
growth programs like referrals
● Proven ability to work cross-functionally
● Creative thinker and problem solver with excellent communication skills
● Ability to analyze feedback and utilize website/app analytics data to form a strategy
● Project management experience, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
● Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
