Job TitleWe're seeking an accomplished Systems and Automation Specialist to lead our technology infrastructure initiatives. This role requires hands-on expertise in IT, systems design, and automation, with a focus on building, connecting, and maintaining the tools that power our business.This position involves taking ownership of our technology setup, automation, and troubleshooting efforts. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to design and manage the tools that support our operations, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize Zoho One applications (CRM, Projects, Analytics, etc.)Build and maintain API integrations between core tools (Zoho, Karbon, tax platforms, etc.)Create and maintain automations and workflows to improve team efficiencyProvide IT support and troubleshooting for system or connectivity issuesCollaborate on system upgrades, permissions, and performance optimizationDocument and train team members on best practices and new toolsContribute to ongoing efforts to build a scalable, connected tech ecosystem that supports both operations and digital presenceRequirements:4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT, systems management, or workflow automationStrong working knowledge of Zoho One, APIs, and integration tools (e.g., Deluge, Zapier, Make)Experience with Karbon or tax-related software a plusExperience or interest in SEO, website systems, or digital performance preferredExcellent technical problem-solving and communication skillsSelf-directed, resourceful, and proactive — thrives in autonomyExcited to grow with a dynamic organization that values innovation and efficiencyWhat We Offer:A collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and developmentThe chance to contribute to cutting-edge projects and technologiesA competitive compensation package
