Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Backup Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and availability of our data through effective backup and recovery processes.Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience with backup software such as CommVault, NetBackup, Veeam.Proficiency in Linux or Windows operating systems.Troubleshooting skills for backup or restoration failure issues.Familiarity with backup hardware including physical/Virtual Tape Library (VTL), disk-based backups, understanding of taking backup via SAN, NAS, and other mediums.Able to monitor and track real-time backup failures using dashboard analytics.Strong Incident Management, Performance Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Alert Management skills.Benefits of Working with Us:You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the success of our organization.Other Requirements:We prefer candidates with experience in banking domain and knowledge of compliance requirements for various standards like PCI-DSS.
