With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job DescriptionWe are hiring an Application Support Engineer with solid experience in SRE practices and expertise in monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace. This role involves maintaining application stability, proactively identifying issues, and driving automation and reliability improvements.Key Responsibilities🔧 Application Support & ReliabilityProvide L2/L3 support for production and pre-production applications.Monitor application performance using Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement long-term fixes.Coordinate with Dev, Infra, and Cloud teams to ensure optimal system health.Participate in on-call support and critical incident resolution.⚙️ SRE ActivitiesDefine and track SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.Automate repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual effort (toil).Drive post-incident reviews and contribute to system resilience efforts.Contribute to designing and supporting highly available, scalable systems.📊 Monitoring & ObservabilityCreate dashboards and alerts using Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace.Continuously improve observability and alerting strategies.Analyze trends and identify performance bottlenecks.Mandatory Skills✔ 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Application Support / SRE / Production Engineering ✔ Strong knowledge and real-time experience with:Splunk (log analysis, alerts, dashboards)Grafana (metrics, dashboards)Dynatrace (APM, real-user & synthetic monitoring) ✔ Practical understanding of SRE concepts – SLOs, SLIs, incident management ✔ Scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python) ✔ Experience with Linux/Unix-based systems ✔ Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)Important Note (Please Read Before Applying)🚫 Do NOT apply if:You have less than 5 years or more than 6.5 years of relevant experienceYou have no hands-on experience with Splunk, Grafana, or DynatraceYou are on a notice period longer than 15 daysYou are looking for remote-only opportunities (Hybrid mode is required)You come from a non-SRE / non-support background✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
